DIRECTIONS FOR USE -
PREPARE THE DAMAGED SURFACE FOR REPAIR

1. |
Lightly sand the damaged area |
| 2. |
Clean the damaged area to remove any dust or loose material. 60121 ProCaliber Products™ Refinish Prep Cleaner or alcohols (purchased separately) are preferred cleaning agents (use appropriate gloves and eye protection). Surface must be completely dry and dust free before applying Acrylic Gel. |
APPLY THE ACRYLIC GEL

3. |
Apply equal amounts of Acrylic Gel from the Base Syringe and Hardener Syringe onto a piece of cardboard, and mix thoroughly using a Mixing Stick (included). |
4. |
Apply sufficient Acrylic Gel to completely fill damaged area. Do not overfill, as this will create additional sanding and time to complete repair. Do not allow air bubbles to form. If bubbles do appear, stir Acrylic Gel with Mixing Stick until they disappear. |
CURE THE REPAIR AREA

Allow Acrylic Gel to cure (harden) for at least 30 minutes, or until surface is completely hardened. It is normal for some sticky residue to remain on the surface after it has completely hardened. This sticky residue should be removed with sandpaper (included). |
PREPARE CAN FOR SPRAYING

For best results, use when can is between 60 and 90 degrees Farenheit, and when humidity is less than 80% to ensure proper drying. |
| 7. |
Use in a well ventilated area, and away from an open flame. |
| 8. |
Shake can vigorously for at least one minute after mixing ball begins to rattle. |
SPRAY PAINT

Spray surface with steady, even strokes at a distance of 8” to 10”. Several light coats give a better finish than one heavy coat. |
| 10. |
To achieve a higher gloss, spray a second coat within 20 to 30 minutes. Do not recoat after 1 hour, as lifting may occur. |
| 11. |
Allow spray to cure for at least 24 hours. Do not get wet for at least 24 hours. |
CLEAN-UP

After painting, turn can upside down, and spray for two seconds to clean spray head |
