Shipping & Returns Policy


Orders for in-stock Items typically ship out within 24-48 hours. You will receive a shipping notification by email at the time we process your shipment.

There might be times e.g. holidays, where we ask you to allow within 5 - 10 business days to process your order.

All rates are determined by the  Shipping Method, weight and size of the items, any special handling charges we incur and the delivery destination. You will be given all your shipping options at checkout by clicking the Shipping Estimator located on the Shopping Cart Page.

Tracking Your Order

Upon shipment of your order, email confirmations will be sent to the email address specified in your account. Email confirmations will include your tracking number and order information. To track your order, please contact the carrier specified in your confirmation.

Email confirmations are considered a service, and are therefore still delivered to customers that have requested not to receive promotional email messages.

Incorrect Addresses

Incorrect shipping information may result in the product NOT being delivered on the designated day. The cost of any re-routed and/or reshipped products due to incorrect address information is the sender's responsibility. Therefore, please double check all shipping information carefully, especially zip code information. If we find that the error in address information was due to our mistake, extra charges will not apply.

Late or Undeliverable Packages

Please be sure that your address or the address in which you are sending a gift to is completely accurate prior to submitting your order. Orders sent to a wrong or incomplete address are not guaranteed. Additional fees may apply to fix and forward the package to the correct address.

Once a delivery attempt has been made it is the responsibility of customer to make sure the package is accepted. We do not guarantee delivery will be made if there is not someone home to accept a package or if the shipping company is unable to deliver package.


For addresses outside of the USA, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.


You may return ANY UNUSED items and receive a full refund (you pay the return shipping charges) within 30 days of receipt of product. If you try any of our products and are not satisfied, you may return them for a catalog credit within 30 days. Include an explanation why, and we'll make every effort to work with you to find a solution.
